AT&T is the worse!! Have you ever counted how many times the customer service rep states “they are the highest quality service provider”?
I honestly believe they have their employees repeat that in hopes that someday it could be true. If you have to toot your own horn, then the statement is false!! Suggestion: try actually providing good service and let ME, the consumer toot the horn on your behalf.
Do better!!!

I agree 100% when ATT and direct tv got together I wanted a good deal so i talked to the store people who suggested a bundle So i got , cell, direct tv, and dsl , Cell service was bad from day one, and i dumped it, But direct TV until the huge price jump last year, i called and cancelled I was told to return the equipment VIA UPS store ITS 100 MILES to the store. AT& T said they would send a shipping Kit the next day A week , no kit i called and was told they would send another, 3 weeks later nothing, I guess they dont want the junk. THE 2 wire dsl was supposed to be fiber optic within a year , didnt happen I have 1 desk top no other fancy equipment no land line or old wires brand new line to this net gear junk and it wont stay up long enough to chat with AT&T about the problem when I call they say it must be my wiring .
I stayed loyal to AT&T over 35 years but I wont take the rudeness and lies anymore BYE
