ATT Uverse app, does not recognize my ATT login credentials

As directed i have downloaded the UVERSE app to my IPad- when i go to log in it says please login with your U-Verse Member ID (email address) and not your Att access ID.  all directions for downloading and opening say use your ATT log in credentials.  Any idea about what to do.?

Hi @sag1965,

 

Sorry to read of the trouble you are having logging into the app. In order to use app, you must have a U-verse TV subscription of U200 and over. Also, you must use the att.net email address that was created when you signed up. 

 

If you are still having issuess, please let us know if you are able to log into att.com and uverse.com.

I have been having issues for over a week. My member ID works when I log into my billing account but the Uverse Ap does not recognize it.i have uninstalled several times.

We're working to get the U-Verse app running again so you can sign in, @Lizz9484.

 

We don't have an estimated time of repair, so we ask for your patience while we work to get this resolved.
