Att U-verse app never works

I am able To sign in on my iPhone but the app never is able to play any of the stations. What is the problem?

Are you you aware that the tool you proposed does not have any app functionality?

 

The app does not work. It frequently is unavailable and just as frequently does not load. If it does load, it’s a miracle if it maintains a stream for 10 minutes. 

 

Is is this just me or a common problem?
