ATT U-verse app, unexpected error occurred

The AT&T U-verse app logged me out. When I tried to log in again I get an error message “An unexpected error occurred. Please try again”

Been getting this message for two days now.

Tried changing password, deleted and reinstalled app. This is happening on my IPad and IPhone.

Can anyone offer a fix to this issue?

I have been having the same problem with the U-verse app. Any suggestions on what is happening? Thanks!

i have the exact same issue. It’s frustrating. deleting app, rebooting, changing passwords, nothing works. any help, please pass it along.

same for me, haven’t been able to log into U-verse on my iPhone or iPad, I think last iOS update 2 days ago maybe caused issue

I think we just have to wait for a U-verse app fix.

I spoke with ATT Uverse support this afternoon. they told me its a network issue that they are working on. couldn’t give me an estimated fix time.

We are aware of the issue with signing into the U-verse App. Currently, our team is working on a resolve.

 

We do not have a EST on when it will be resolved. As a work a round you may used the content provider's Apps to view you programs.
