ATT Uverse - can't activate tennis channel on Apple TV or FireStick
I am unable to activate Tennis Channel on my Apple TV or Firestick. After entering the activation code and having it successfully accepted, the Tennis Channel never actually activates on the TV.
I am able to watch Tennis Channel through Uverse, but I am unable to stream it to other devices
Does anyone know why?

Thanks for reaching out to us here, we'd love to help with the activation of your channel on your device. Were you able to watch the channel on you Apple TV or firestick before now? Are you getting any error message?
To get started, we suggest that you Clear Cache on your device, restart it and then try again. Hope this helps!

Hello @mtulenko Just did a quick test with my iPhone and it works fine. The android app seems a bit weak and is having issues on one of my Fire HD tablets. Are you still having issues with streaming?

I was able to watch tennis channel on my Apple TV when I was a Time Warner/Spectrum customer. Does ATT support this? I have AT&T U-verse TV U200 , and this allows me to watch Tennis Channel on 1660. Why can't I stream Tennis Channel on my Apple TV (nor my Firestick). I am only trying to access the base tennis channel app (not TC+)

Hello. I retested this again using my Apple TV 4. I wasn’t able to get the app to authenticate using my iPhone running iOS 13 beta, so I used my amazon Fire HD10 tablet and was able to successfully authorize my credentials. Was able to stream whatever was on at the time just fine.
If you still cannot get it to work, there must be something on your account blocking it and only att can fix.
the other concern I have for you is att is in progress of moving customers to their new service in which case if you’re in one of those initial markets, it may make more sense to go over there for better support. Otherwise you’re going to want to try getting someone in level 2 to try and help you.

Here is more information on how to clear your cache and cookies from your browser.
This will help with clearing anything that is affecting the credentials from being authenticated, and this will help with the channel as well.
