ATT UVERSE is the worst service I have ever had.. nothing but problems

I have had this horrible service for 3 yrs now and all i get is raised prices and bad service, Its either an outside issue or a gateway issue or a reciever issue.  I have called multiple times in the last three years and only get empty promise of a fix.  i will worl for about a good month and then for no apparent reason BAM out again. They came again 2 days ago replaced the gateway a 3rd time and 2 receivers,  And that lasted 1 whole day LOL.  its actually funny now.    I called the tech who came out and he said since it wont reset to call it in the box is fried AGAIN, I said can you just change, and of course no he cant.  This  box wont even power off all the lights are lit, and the factory reset wont even take.   XFINITY here i come.   Good riddance to ATT , my 4 neighbors are following me xfinity.   Thanks ATT for taking my money for bad , unusable service.
