ATT UVerse not working on my iphone, ipad
I have ATT U-Verse as my TV provider but I’m unable to watch on my iphone or iPad news channels like CNN or MSNBC or Bravor, IDTV. I get an error message ‘you’re not authorized’ contact your TV provider????

Just to clarify, are you able to login with your U-verse credentials anywhere else? This will let us know if the issue is related to your account, or with the way it networks to other services.
Could you also let us know if the devices you are using have their software up to date?

I use my ATT credentials to log into my account with no issue. I have ATT UVerse as my TV provider on my iPhone and iPad and I’m not able to log in to certain apps. Yes my devices are all up to date.

Yes, I’m the original poster, you’re right I used my email address vs the login in of Maisgar57. I tried doing what was suggested to remove accounts from my ID but was unable to locate other accounts which can be a conflict?
