audio delay on NBC - missed the entire golden globes, 30 min on the phone with ATT, no help - ATT has the worst costumer service.
I have been trying to watch the golden globes and it's impossible due to the audio delay. Tried to call ATT costumer service, talked to 3 different people, and the last one just left me on the phone. Wasted 30 min on the phone and missed the complete show. Every time I try to watch something live using ATT Uverse, something happens. BTW my received doesn't work. They came, replaced it, and it didn't help. Anyone else with these issues?

Not that you want to hear this but The Golden Globes are broadcasting just fine in my market (Dallas).
Perhaps the issue is with your local NBC station.

Unplug all boxes.
Plug your gateway (modem) in and wait for lights to start blinking.
Plug your DVR in and wait for normal ops.
Plug in other receivers and wait for normal operations.
If that doesn't fix it, the problem is possibly with your sound equipment. If not, it's outside U-Verse control.
