Bang and Olufsen Compatability

From the looks of the BeoRemote One's guide, I don't think you can - it doesn't appear to be a "learning remote" (where you can get it to learn the infrared signals for any remote by pressing some "Learn" button, then pressing the button you want to be assigned, then pointing the other remote at it and pressing the button for the signal you want it to send).  There also doesn't seem to be any way for it to control all of the options the standard U-Verse remotes have (e.g. Guide, Recordings, OnDemand, Info, Return To Live TV).
