It's on u300 so that you upgrade and pay ATT more money, simple as that. 😉

I don't think "BBC America News" exists.  I assume you are talking about BBC World News, which is an international channel as opposed to one targeted at the USA, so you would expect it to be on a more "exclusive" level

@1016dg - in addition to calling out AT&T, you also must remember that BBC agreed to the placement, as well.  It fits, however, as most international news stations are in the U300 or higher packages.

@Yep @That Don Guy - there is no such channel.
