BBC World News should be moved to the U200 tier
Dear AT&T Uverse: Please move BBC World News from the U300 tier to the U200 tier. It is the only channel which I feel is as important as CNN, Fox News and MSNBC that is not in the U200 lineup. Thank you for placing AlJazeera News in the U200 tier, but please also move BBC World News to U200. Thank you very much.

Tuner positions and package placement are a contractual agreement between ATT U-Verse and the content providers. U-Verse does not pick and choose where networks are placed and in what package. It's up to the content providers and what is negotiated in the contract.
Hope this helps with a clearer understanding on how channel placements work.

That's most likely not going to happen, it's the incentive for you to upgrade to that useless u300 (at least for me) and make ATT some more profit.
You can grab a couple hours on BBC America from 6-8am EST M-F on u200 now. 😉

like mibrnsrg, I doubt they'll do that. But they will do the next best thing. Pay them an extra $15 dollars a month and they'll put you on U-300 and you can watch it.

On the contrary, you can call in for a promotion...when that promotion expires, you can call in for another one.
Some don't mind paying full price. Me? I think it's too expensive... I have a "price point" that I like to keep the monthly bill around. They recently took $10 off AND upgraded me from 300 to 450.
