Biggest mistake I ever made in my life

I can not believe I was dumb enough to let these people install this garbage in my house.. when I call all I get Is is [Inappropriate content removed] that do not speak english.. I will be setting up a service call and kidnapping the service tec untill all my problems are fixed

HaHa!  I sympathize with your frustration,  we are constantly restarting the receiver, flipping a channel, etc, to get the screen to move.  ATT definitely needs to go back to the drawing board with this technology.  And, I refuse to pay $149 for a service call and have the tech tell my our equipment is fine.  It's only free if there is an equipment problem.   

I thought not having to deal with a dish on our house would be great.....NO.

It sounds like these cases would not have to pay for a service call. The "pay for a service call" are typically things like loose connections or bad batteries in a remote.

Make sure connections are tight, then send a PM to @ATTCare
Include the name and account number, a good phone number and time to be called. Also (duh) include a detailed description of the issue. A link to this thread might help.
