Black History Month - Movies/Programs?

Why doesn't ATT Uverse cater to showing programs/movies for black history month?

Direct & Spectrum always programs their premium channels for holidays? Uverse only showed very few Christmas premium movies or programs and scarce ethnic premium programs even on Starz Black, even on-demand has minimal movies to select from when I search. Why, whats up?
