Blinking TV picture when streaming
Whenever we try to stream programs - Netflix, HBO-Max, Prime, etc - the picture blinks every few seconds. This is streaming programs through our Samsung Smart TV or using Roku.
I need help to fix this issue?

STREAMING services like Netflix, Prime or Hulu have nothing to do with Uverse TV.
If you are using a smart tv, check the owners manual. If you are using a streaming device like a Roku or Firestick, contact them.
