@Bwawak sorry for this inconvenience. Another thing you could do is perform a Non-Disaster Recovery on the device. Check out this Troubleshooting DVR post, and look through the non-disaster recovery section, If that doesn't alleviate the issue, Perform the Disaster Recovery (note that this will default the device to it's factory state so you may loose your recordings).

@Bwawak - Maybe there is no signal. How is it connected to the RG?
But, does the no signal screen have a list of things to do? Then the problem may be STB & upstream wiring.
If it just says no signal, it is the TV generating the message & it may be on the wrong input or there is an HDMI problem.

Swap it with another box to see if it is the box or the wiring.

There are 3 ways to reset a box.
1. Use the "reset" on-screen option.
2. Hold the power button down for 10 secs.
3. Pull the power cord out of the back of the box. Wait and plug it back in.

This is the last (and about the ONLY) thing you can try if you haven't already.
WHOLE HOUSE REBOOT
1. Unplug everything starting with the DVR, then the STBs and lastly the RG (modem).
2. Wait for about 15 seconds and plug in RG FIRST. Allow all lights to start working.
3. Next plug DVR back in. Wait to see if it starts working.
4. Lastly, plug in any STBs and wait for each to start working.
Even if this doesn't fix your problem, it's always the first thing that CS will tell you to do. Let us know.
If you need a new DVR, one can be sent to you free of charge (although you will lose are recordings).
