BRAVO TV Live stream

I am trying to access BRAVOTV Live Stream from my TV. I added the channel, and I know for a fact I have access to it because I can watch it on my laptop and phone. But, when I type in the code that BRAVO TV gives me to link the channel, and then when I try to sign in with my ATT U-verse account, it keeps saying “We’re sorry. We cannot process your request at this time.” 

I need help please!!! I want to be able to watch Bravo TV LIVE on my TV.
