No, I’m watching it in Huntsville, AL. But online it says CBS (which is the channel with the game) is airing the Bills/pats game but the schedule on u-verse says CBS at 12pm (the time of the game) is showin some speedway race

That game isn’t the National Game, it’s only available in there home markets.
