Cannot access HBO go or Showtime Anytime even thought I have accounts

I am having trouble accessing HBO Go and Showtime Anytime.  When I try to log in to either one an  error message pops up and says "It appears that your AT&T U-verse subscription does not include HBO (or Showtime)." However, I do have a subscrption to both and have for years.

When calling AT&T I am told it is an HBO issue.  When I call HBO they say it is a provider issue (in a recording and on line because I've yet been able to speak to anyone.)

 

While looking at on line blogs I found the following message from someone have the same issue on May 3, 2015:

 

"An AT&T service rep called me back tonight, and my access has been restored. To all having trouble with this - it appeared to be a mapping issue of some sort with my account. Maybe telling the reps that will help you! Good luck!"

 

I travel frequently and would like to use the services I pay for.  Please advise.
