Cannot log into the U-verse app on any device

My devices have the latest iOS. But I have not been able to log into the app. Please help

The best place to start is with troubleshooting the U-verse app, then afterward, restarting your phone. Let us know if you're still unable to sign in and what error message you're getting.

I still cannot get into the app . When I try to log in using [email scrubbed] its says U-verse is not available. On both my phone and tablet. Both using the latest iOS. When I use the att.net email address it says it’s incorrect. I’ll post screenshots if I can
