With a problem occurring on an application, the best thing you can do is try deleting the application itself, and then re-download it. You can accomplish this by pressing and holding the application until an X appears it. When you press the X button, this will delete the app. Then, you can access the App Store to get this re-downloaded to your phone.
I tried deleting and reinstalling the U-verse app several times and I still get the same message .
interesting because when I had Xfinity their app worked perfectly and I had DirecTV for a month & their app worked perfectly . So let’s get these U-verse techie bozos on the ball and get this fixed !!
