Cannot sign into U-Verse App on iphone
I am having issues signing into the U-verse App on any iphone. I keep getting the error "Login Required Please log in with your U-verse Member ID (email address)." I've looked at other threads and I've both deleted and reinstalled the app as well as reset the password already a couple of times in the last few weeks. Oddly enough, I can sign-into the U-verse App on my Amazon Fire Stick with the same credentials without any problem. Is there anything that needs to be done on my side or is this a technical problem on AT&T's side?

We are here to help you log into the U-verse app, richavez.
You can try removing the third party access ID from your account. This will be the ID that you use to log into the any third party apps with your credentials.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Our technicians and engineers are working as fast as possible to fix the U-verse app. We do not have an ETA at this time, but you will know it is fixed when you can log in with out any problems.

This problem has been going on for over a week now. You would think ATT could fix an app login problem but I am getting the same lame 'we're working on it' reply.

I have the same issue. Tried changing my password, deleting/reinstalling and nothing works.

We're still working to get the U-verse app fixed, glkochanek.
As Marc stated, we don't have an estimated time of resolution, but our engineers are working hard to get it back up and running.

My U-verse app has not worked for 3+ weeks. I read the other comments and replies that says AT&T is working on it. It’s been almost a month now, when will you fix it? Terrible service to make us wait this long.

I had that same issue. Here is what worked so that I could actually sign in, note though that the app is STILL not fully functional:
On browser go to att.com
Sign in
go to manage account and set up a SUB account - it will have its own log in which will be different.
Go to app and see if you can sign in.
