cc not working on 1 station
closed captioning not working on 1 u-verse cable channel (nbc feed). cc works fine on the commercials broadcast on the channel, not on prime time broadcast shows. can u help me

If they are not there then the station isn't including them.

in particular, the 2 shows i am referring to are jimmy fallon’s tonight show and seth myers late nite. in the past, both of these shows had cc (closed captioning). cc still works on the commercials for both these shows.
anyone, why would nbc remove the cc feature from both these shows?
