Changing Stingray music selections on our uverse tv

We've only had Uverse tv since Dec, 2018 and really prefer the Directv that we had for 20 years.  For a few months the automatic  music selections offered me what I wanted, but suddenly there are many channels that we have no need or use for.  We wish to receive several classical stations and the Broadway channel despite the Broadway channel on Stingray having a much inferior lineup to what is available on Directv.  Found the lists of the channels that we want and they all say  "APP".  How do I get them into our Stingray selections, and will these cost us additional money each month.  I'm not tech savvy  and need simple, step by step instructions.  Thanks for the input.

I don't believe you can change or add genres of music to the Stingray library.  At least I've never heard of that option.

Edit:  Are you referring to the Uverse app or on your TV?

Each of the Stingray Music channels link into the Stingray application and will start playing the music genre associated with the channel but all genres are available within the app itself. If you launch the app from a genre channel you'll see a "Back" button on screen. Select that to get to the app home screen where you can access your recent or favorite music channels. To get directly to the Stingray Music app home page you can access it from channels 531 or 1531 and also find it listed in the Interactive section available from the remote control Menu or Interactive buttons. All the Stingray Music channels are included with the Stingray service.
