Channel guide shows "not available", but channels play.

Uverse app opens on my android phone and seems to function (live channels open and play), but in the guide every channel, every day, has a single program "Not available" that runs from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.  Tried clearing cache and data with no change.

I've seen that happen, but it's not happening to me now.  My impression when it was resolved earlier is that it doesn't happen to everyone, just people in a given region.   Someone from DIRECTV support may have to send you a direct message to get your account info privately.

Hrllo UVTVguru, not sure if your internal communications in the kast few hours caused a reset somewhere, but the guide information is now back... thank you!

Only issue I have now is that once I saw the guide was working, I logged out and then tried to log back in just to confirm all was well, and I can no longer log into the Uverse App on my phone... when I hit he "log on with AT&T" button I just get the endless circle screen and no further. Have tried deleting and reinstalling app to no avail. Version 7.11.2

Any thoughts please?

As an addendum, I just tried to log on to my account in the app with my previous phone and got in with no problem. That phone uses U-verse version 7.9.7.

I am glad to hear the initial issue was fixed.  Sorry to hear about the log-in issue.  The app version helps but can you also send me an email with the user ID you're using to log-in.
