channel lineup font on the printed channel guide incredibly small
Is there any way AT&T can provide an enlarged copy of our U-300 lineup for my 72-year old dad who's having a hard time seeing it even with his glasses on without having to resort to magnifying glasses?

If you found a printed copy of the guide, I'm shocked.
Here's my advice and while you may not like it, it will solve your problem. Make a list of your father's favorite channels with the station name and the channel number. Eliminate the channels he has no interest in. Only those he watches with some degree of regularity. Either hand print it very large or type it up on the computer and print it out in a large font. We had to do this for my elderly mom and later for my sister who was in a nursing home.
Is it a bit of work on your part? Yes, but we do what we have to do to make their life easier. I willingly and happily did whatever it took to make my loved one's final years as comfortable as possible. And if that meant taking a minute to make them of list of their favorite channels, so be it.

Thanks. I'm listing his favorites down. He likes to look at all the channels sometimes though, so I'll probably head to a Fed Ex copy store and have them enlarge the HD portion of channel guide about 5 times.
