Choppy and pixelated = UNWATCHABLE!!!!!!!!!!!

For almost two week, we cannot watch anything other than the basic local channels. The internet works, and previously DVR'd shows play but the TV is completely unwatchable. We pay an outrageous amount for this service and this is absolutely unacceptable. I have searched the forums for answers and none of the troubleshooting recommendations work. I have reset the all the cable boxes multiple times. I have reset the router multiple times. I have reset the entire system over and over AND NOTHING WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

FIX IT! FIX IT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought it might be the frigid temps but it has been mild for the last few days AND IT STILL PERSISTS EVEN AFTER MULTIPLE RESETS!!!!!!

Either fix it

OR

GIVE ME A REFUND FOR THE ENTIRETY OF THE LAST MONTH'S BILL!!!!!!!!!

Ok, assuming you did all those things (correctly) try following the suggestions specified here that you haven't yet tried.  If you end up having to resort to the disaster recovery specified there as the last resort and that doesn't fix the problem then call tech support and ask for a replacement dvr.

 

Wait.  I reread your post.  You say recordings have no problem, and watching live channels works only for the locals channels?  Is that correct?


NEED HELP?
