Closed captioning not working
One of my AT&T receivers has suddenly stopped displaying Closed Captioning when I attempt to turn it on with my remote control. This new wireless receiver (which is in my bedroom) has worked beautifully since I got it last year to replace an older one. May be a coincidence but since a phone tech loaded new software into an older, different receiver in my living room, the closed captioning on the receiver in my bedroom has stopped functioning.
How can I get my CC to work again?
Thank you! Betsy K

Hi @Betsybk,
We recommend resetting the entire system. In the past, this has resolved most basic issues. On the rear of the modem is a red button. Press and hold that for 10 seconds. Do the same with all the receivers, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds starting with the DVR.
After that, check to see if the captions work and try different channels to be safe.
