CNN channel is loosing signal in the last few days

Not only did all the recordings on my DVR get erased in the last 48 hours I’m also seeing another issue on CNN 1202. When a commercial CNN is running regularly about presidential debates comes on u-verse signal is lost on all TVs on channel 1202 or it gives an odd message about the channel jumping to live tv. I can immediately change to another channel and it’s working. 1202 will sometimes recover immediately after channel change or could take up to 30 seconds to come back on.  On 1gb fiber with 6hd channels and only one thing was recording. Here’s a video of it. Every time the issue is triggered at the same exact point of the commercial. No other issues on other channels.

Everything has been reset.  A lot of strange u-verse issues lately. Can I get someone to look at my account? Please contact me this needs to be looked into.
