Continual missed appointments

We’ve been experiencing continual issues with losing U-verse television service and slow internet speeds (under 1MB/S when paying for 40-50). We set up an appointment on 17th between 12-2 for which we waited at home all until about 6pm when they never showed. We couldn’t wait any longer so called and rescheduled to 19th, 12-2 again. They came out on the 19th and said the issue was the location of the router, moved it and closed the work order. Well, same night we experienced the same issues we’d been having. Made an appointment again for the next available time 22nd, 12-2. Well no one came, we once again waited all day at home this time until 8:45 when we finally rescheduled this time to 26th 10-12. We’ll its now 7 and they’re still not hear or called. Been on the phone with tech support asked for a supervisor. His (Cody) response was we can continue to wait or reschedule. Since he couldn’t help me I asked for the contact information for our areas dispatch manager or to put me in touch with someone who could help us. He said he didn’t have either and had no one to “escalate” the call to. So does someone else have the contact information of someone I can escalate the call to? We can’t keep wasting our days when we need to be working to pay for this terrible service.

The only thing you can do is change providers.  You can not make AT&T provide good service.
