Discontinuing Judge Judy Channel 15 and 44

My mother and I have been a customer for 4 years , we bundle- WiFi, cable and phone . Our bill has ranged from 160-220 per month , we are very disappointed that you have discontinued to carry these free channels on your network service, my mother is 91 years old and watched those shows at 4-5 on channel 15 then 5-6 on channel 44 , the only way to get this channel again is to get antenna and cycling back and forth from cable/air , it’s very difficult for someone in their 90’s to do that , she has a difficult enough time just maneuvering with your remote at her age . You know Judge Judy is very popular and I’m sure you’ve have many , many complaints about people missing that show. I hope you will reconsider and bring those stations back . I’m not sure what we will do at this point but the amount of money all of your customers pay and the popularity of this show that you’ve canceled due to dropping a free network , I’m sure will come back on you . I know we are considering going elsewhere
