Downgraded to U300 and None of the Channels Work Now
Due to increasing costs, I downgraded from U450 to U300 and added HBO for $9.99/month. My change request was confirmed and, supposedly, in effect as of 3/5/18 according to the email I received at 10:08pm CST tonight. However, none of the channels work now with the exception of HBO channels.
Do I need to reset the receiver or take another course of action? I checked my account to ensure it was correct and it is.

Reboot your gateway (pull plug for 15 secs. and let it fully reboot) and then your dvr (pull plug for 15 secs.). See if that fixes it.

Call them and mention you want to cancel. When they ask why, mention other providers have better rates for new customers and faster internet.
Typically, about the second deal they offer is a real good one. Just be sure to stay on top of when the promotions end so you don't get hit by an unpleasant surprise.
