DVR recorded shows freeze on just one TV. Works fine on the other 3. What can I do to resolve the problem

Recorded shows freeze on just one TV. Anyone else having this problem?

On the set that recordings freeze on, restart the receiver and tighten the coax/ethernet connections (for the RG) to it.

Do a power-drain restart on the RG, too. Unplug the power from it, wait for 2 MINUTES, and plug the power back in. This ensures that the RG gets a fresh and fast connection to the ATT network.

Residential Gateway.  The main box with all the lights on it.

No problem Barbara. If you have internet and phone subscription together with your TV, the RG power-drain procedure helps, too.

Slow internet

Phone dropping calls

Freezing live TV

Freezing recordings

Intermittent internet connection

No browse

No service on multiple TVs
