The same thing is happening to me. I have a movie I ordered yesterday, and I won't get to watch it tomorrow.

I'm more than peeved off. I've rebooted and reset everything, and I'm still getting the error message. My internet has been HORRIBLE this evening also.

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED in AT&T LATELY.

I pay WAAAAAYYYYYYYY too much money for this

I have the same error message too. This is ridiculous I've been a customer of all of their services for over 20 years and just 3 months ago they tell me I owe 221 from an old landline bill when they switched to Uverse billing. I paid the stupid thing and sent them confirmation of such. I am cancelling all their services tomorrow and going with new providers for everything! Their office of the president that called today was even BEYOND RUde. Worst service ever.

Usually this is a connection issue of some sort, try this

  1. Unplug every STB from the RG and power each down
  2. Factory Reset the RG
  3. Plug in and power up each STB, starting with the DVR, one at a time afte the RG comes back online (Service light is solid green)

Hopefully this works for you.

@Rubin4329 Wish I had more for you, at this point its time to try swapping equipment and things like that, if its happening on all STBs, chances are its the RG, that or the STB

At least your STB didn't crash.  It looks like ATT was upgrading the search engine software again.  The search results now contain the entered text highlighted in green.   The last time they tried it a month or so ago many customers' boxes would reboot.
