Error code 401
Keep getting an error code when searching in menu. Usually I can reboot and it works fine but not this time. Have turned off and rebooted from website even and still getting the error code 401.

•Have you tried accessing the website using different browsers or devices?
•Are any VPNs enabled? They could be interfering.
•What website in particular are you trying to access?

I get the 401 Error when I try to Search from the Uverse Menu. I have unplugged and plugged back the WiFi device, have reset both receivers, and have screamed at the stars. Nothing has helped. All other features are working fine.
