Error Code 5

Why am I getting a code 5 error with I try streaming live tv on MacBook Pro in my home and how do I mitigate it?

Thanks for the article. I've signed in/out, updated Chrome, tried Safari and nothing worked. Tries a PC on the same wifi and the stream worked. Spent 1hr and 21mins with ConnecTech (5th person spoke with) only to be pressured for $49 or $15/mth for 12 moths to resolve problem. I refused to spend more money when I already spend $222/mth. I think this is an AT&T tactic to get money out of Mac users.

Please describe exactly what you use for streaming (what programs, sits, etc.).  Also which Mac version?  I'm a Mac user too but I still use Snow Leopard 10.6.7 and things almost certainly have changed in later versions so I may not be of help.
