Error message DirecTV

My main TV works fine. But the 2 mini genie boxes upstairs don't work properly. I've unplugged, reset, followed all the trouble shooting. I'll be watching something and then after a few minutes it goes to another screen saying it's searching for network. An orange light will show blinking on the box. Sometimes it will pop back on for a few minutes (sometimes second) and then go back to searching. Then I get annoyed and shut it off. Please advise.
