Error code QP1507, at least from the Android app, occurs if the app considers your device unsecure. This happens on rooted devices and possibly those running Xposed Framework. Apparently DRM constraints are applied on a per-content-provider basis, because some Live and On Demand content does play, although most does not. Xposed modules Root Cloak and No Device Check do not help with the core issue.
So I'm assuming your device is rooted? You'd have to unroot your device If you're rooted with SuperSU there's an option in its settings to unroot, although I've never tried it. Beyond that, Google is your friend. I'm not willing to give up root in exchange for the ability to run U-verse content.

Hi @cschust
There were some issues affecting some streaming apps recently, are you still having an issue with your Android app?
Thanks,
Dmitriy
