Favorite/Recording/Review not working

I cannot use the FAVORITE, RECORDING, PAUSE-REWIND setting on 2 TV's and cannot get through to anyone who can help me. All I get are Robots on the Voice and Chat entries.

How can I talk to a human being or set up a service technician to handle the problem??? This is ridiculous and I'm ready to switch back to Spectum
