forwarding email after change to spectrum internet

On your previous response you said it may be on my premises the problem i am having with ATT service. Well it has taken them over 7 years and i keep paying them, they keep coming out not fixing the proble. I have referred matter to Puc and still have same problem. i have to have another solution. So would it be better off going with a similar gmail address or trying to forward the emails
