Fox Business and the Guide / Schedule

About a month ago the "Maria Bartiroma's Wallstreet" (Fox Business channel 1211 Friday evenings) time changed from 7:00 PM (central) to 6:00 PM (central)

Just this week the entire guide for Fox Business got messed up, when I called about that I was told that is a known issue and being repaired. Well the big screwup was repaired, however this (Maria Bartiroma's Wallstreet) time slot was still not fixed on the schedule/guide. It is still on the schedule for 7:00 PM central

Can someone please look into getting this corrected / adjusted so that the guide is corrected?

My reason is simple, I have this setup to record weekly so I can catch up on business and investment information which I sometimes miss during the week.

Thank you in advance for addressing this issue.

We can help you fix the time slot error for your program, kbard1.

Troubleshooting your receiver by performing a recovery could fix this, as it will refresh your entire system. You won't lose any saved programs doing this. Just follow these steps:

  1. Unplug the receiver or DVR power cord from the wall or back of the box.

  2. Wait 10 seconds.

  3. Plug in the receiver and DVR.

  4. When three white dots appear on the screen, unplug the receiver/DVR again.

  5. Repeat this process two more times.

  6. Plug the receiver/DVR back in on the third time and leave in. Three white dots appear followed by a gear with a status bar at the bottom of the screen. If the Recovery screen does not appear, repeat the steps.

Let us know if this helped, or if you still need assistance.

Aminah, I tried the procedure you recommended but this did not resolve.

Note, this is only 1 time position on Friday evening and only the one program (to my knowledge).

The programming for that show "Maria Bartiroma's Wallstreet"  shows to start at 7:00pm Friday when it actually starts at 6:00 PM Friday.

This show is followed by "WSJ At Large" both are set back by 1 hour. I have double checked to see that the time is correct from Fox Business and it is. Not sure who is responsible for updating the times for the program listings on "the Guide" but this time / show has been off for about a month now.

As I had stated in my original message these are important to me because I like to have them recorded on my DVR to catch up on some business information from the week.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Thanks for letting us know how the troubleshooting turned out, kbard1.

A couple days ago I went to the direct message and waited for over an hour so then I uploaded pictures of the GUIDE date / time in question.

I have not heard back from anyone since posting this

I stand corrected... I now see where there is a reply, it never was sent to my email like the initial one....

So I need to contact Fox Business? Social Media? I have no idea who.

I am not much of a social media digger....

I would think that AT&T would be contacting them for this correction.

I will see what I can do, as this is very frustrating

@kbard1 What timezone are you in? I see it at 8pm and 9:30pm, but I'm in Eastern Time.

I am in Central Time zone... so my schedule shows what should be on your time zone. I have checked on their website for the official time and of course it lists EST which is 7pm

Weird that it looks like it is only this Friday evening time slots which are off.

I posted this on FB to Fox Business as that is what the AT&T told me in the direct message area. (well to send msg on social media and FB is my only social media)

It seems odd that the AT&T rep wants me to reach out to the station....

I have not received any response from Fox Business as of yet
