Fox Sports Go App

When I login to the Fox Sports Go App and select ATT Uverse as my carrier, it tells me "Media Error- This network is not included in your current television subscription. Please contact your TV provider to Subscribe." There is nothing to "subscribe" to. What is going on here? My friend can get in just fine with Dish. I am about to cancel service and switch. I have made sure I have the current update to iOS and have also deleted and reloaded the app. Anyone else having this issue? Thoughts here?? Need it ASAP!

Hi @Nickdoll,

 

In the past, our members were using the wrong att.net email address to log in. Verify it here

Nope. Made no difference. It says the channel I have selected is not part of my tv subscription which is not true. It's FS1, I have that on my tv. It is only ATT Uverse that will not let this work. My buddy signed into his xfinity and in seconds we were watching the game. Please resolve this issues ASAP. I'm going to be switching providers over this.

I have the same problem.  I subscribed to Directv on 10/6/16 and the error code says my service provider restricted access to Foxsportsgo.   Contact service provider to subscribe.

I am having the exact same issues. Seems a while back I use to be able to watch it no problem, now I can't watch anything. Says I'm not subscribed, heck I have 2 uverse accounts for both of my houses and can't even watch crap. I hate I can't get any locks with uverse or directtv. Maybe dish is the way to go now.
