I got an email for a free movie credit and to redeem it says to go to on demand - coupon - and pick the coupon. However there isn't a free movie credit coupon listed.
Send us a private message with a picture of the letter by clicking here. Be sure to include your name, 9 digit U-verse account number, phone number, and the best time to reach you. We can look into this further.
You can also redeem a coupon directly from the TV. Press On-Demand and select coupons, then press OK. Select your movie and press OK.
We will get back to you as soon as possible via email. In the meantime, let us know if you have any other questions or concerns!
@Jnsmith Read the bottom of the email, it tells you that you'll get a $6 bill credit in 1 to 2 bill cycles. Might initially show up as $1, but will be raised to $6. 😉

@skeeterintexas Did you have it in Tile mode, not detail? Did you get the email?
It's not a free movie when you rent it, it'll charge you for the movie, but credit $6 in 1 to 2 bill cycles (typical phone company crediting).

UPDATE: It seems like you can now redeem the coupon.
At 9:00am the coupon code didn't work...at noon it's working. Just sayin'....

Admittedly, I'm clueless about many things but when it comes to getting something discounted or (even better) FREE... I'm on it. Just ask DH.
ETA: I received an email at 5:30pm with the title "You can now redeem your movie credit."
So I'm not crazy, contrary to what you might have heard.
