Freezing and pixelating
I have been having problems with television programs freezing and tons of pixelating. Also problems with a decrease in Wi Fi around 12 pm EVERYDAY, which I will address on that forum. To say that I am FED UP with At&T would be how I feel! Months ago my bill jumped up $100.00. I refuse to pay the extra amount until my service is fixed. Dealing with AT&T is nearly impossible! Always placed on a "brief" hold and agents reading from their script saying "thank you for your patience" over and over again! Well, I am NOT patient. I want to talk to someone who knows what they are doing and a tech who can come out and solve my issues! Perhaps I am asking too much??
