Frequent loss of Wi-Fi and TV - UPS Failure - Changed the battery but keeps cutting off

I keep losing my Wi-Fi, phone, and TV service several times a day.  The Belkin UPS unit shows an error light.  I can turn the on/off switch to the "off" position and then turn it back on and then everything returns to normal.  I replaced the battery in the UPS but this keeps happening and it's getting more frequent.  Any suggestions on what I should do?

Can you bypass the Belkin unit, or do you not have a way to plug the RG into the wall without it?

Sounds like it's defective.

I know this sucks, but when you gat a Belkin installed, the tech takes your regular power cord. Might want to send a PM to @ATTU-verseCare and ask them for a new modem. At least you will get a new power cord.

My Belkin unit provides 12v 2a DC to the RG.  The only way to bypass the Belkin unit would be to get a 12v DC power supply that can provide a 2a current.  Replacing the power cord and plugging the RG directly into the 110v AC wall receptical will provide you with some outstanding fireworks!
