Galaxy S7 streaming- Error Code QP1507

I am trying to watch a show on demand on my Galaxy S7 and I am receiving the message" Playack is not allowed becuase the deivce is not secure (QP1507).

What does that meand and how do I fix this?

I have this same exact issue. If i cant use the app i want a credit because the app is part of the service and if i cant use the app im not getting my full service. Who else is with me on this. The more who ask for credits on this fact the faster they will fix the issue. Its a breach of their part of the contract/service. Am i wrong?
