If it's any consolation episode 9 from season 5 is missing from on demand on the tv, but not online. I'll never understand why Uverse drops items from ondemand that they are under contract by HBO to keep available for viewers. Uverse did the same thing for banshee. I was never able to keep up with the episodes because ondemand (TV) was behind by over a month. I eventually gave up trying to watch banshee because of the charade. When I contacted ATT support they said reboot your box because they are showing all the episodes. Bunch of bee-es. No sense in paying for premium channels if content isn't reliably available.

Sorry @g13005 but there is a huge misconception when it comes to Video on Demand on TV as compared to a premium channel's app or U-Verse's own app. Cable providers VoD's do not have the capacity to keep every episode that the apps have. It's not just U-Verse - I experienced that with Comcast and have seen it with others. That is why U-Verse's VoD (and Comcast's) mention "expiration dates" on VoD titles. I just looked at Nurse Jackie on SHO. U-Verse's VoD has only 10 total episodes of 76, you'll find more on the app. That is just how it works and the networks would whine if U-Verse did iot wrong.
Its a digital age, where everything is in the cloud now. 🙂 Perhaps the VOD's should just access the online content so they don't have to host the content twice and confuse their customers.
Regarding game of thrones, I realize they can't keep every episode, but is it too much to ask for the to have the current season episodes while they are on tv. Lagging behind by several weeks, then expiring the season by the end of June, my fear is the episodes I'm missing may never appear because the whole season aged off.

I can assure that the U-Verse VoD system is not in the cloud. Far from it. That may be 2-4 years out as all parties (TV provider, Channel provider, equipment manufacturer etc must buy in).
This is the same as when I was with Comcast, a handful of episodes from one season but never enough for binge viewing. That is what the app or Netflix is for.
