Guide is showing “No information Available.”

Followed steps above and Still not working including info button

Thank you. I found a solution last night from another posting. It worked. Thanks again for your reply. 

Go to Menu. 

Go to Options. 

Go to Restart

Click OK. 

Confirm ok to start Restart. 

No menu button available on my remote, but found settings, found restart.

All recordings came back as well.

I’m with ya, bud.  The deal with a station like that OTA one is U-verse has never carried sub channels, so unlikely we’ll ever see it happen.
