Hit by at&t Driver. The insurance company didn't answer the call!

Hello,

Yesterday My car was hit while i was driving along the road. An at&t Driver drove out of a parking lot with a high speed and run directly into my passenger side. My car was towed right away, because it is knocked completely out of line. I called  AT&T Insurance company today and they said that driver still hasn't report the accident. I got a claim number this morning but no one contacted me after that and No call was answered by AT&T insurance company.  I need to know what's going on, getting my car fixed ASAP, as well as getting into a rental. I hope we could nicely handle the situation without bringing in any legal team.
