Homeland Season 1- Showtime OnDemand

I had recently started watching Homeland, Season 1 this past November.  I was maybe through 8 episodes and the last time I went to watch the next episode, the only option was to watch Season 4.

Did somthing happen with seasons 1-3 at the start of December?

Whats the deal.
