How can I "downgrade" back to previous app version that worked perfectly on my iPhone 6.
I updated the Easy Remote app on my iPhone and it crashes now whenever I try to use it. It's unstable and unuseable. Can I go back the the previous version, which worked perfectly? I have a feeling this is a game that Apple or ATT is playing trying to force me to update to iOS 10. I got screwed before when I upgraded iOS and they took functionality away from my smartphone. I don't need the update. The device used to work perfectly. I don't need to learn any new tricks the old system worked fine. Give me back my App!

Hi @CMW-55,
We are sorry about the issues. With the Apple market place, only one version of the app is stored on it. There is no way to go back, and our apps are made to work with the latest iOS. We are hoping no issues when you update your iOS, but for the app to work, you will need to update your iOS.

I've been adversely affected by forced upgrades to a new iOS in the past. They remove functionality without warning and then tell you tough luck and use the "wide brush" excuse of we no longer support that version. I bought a device from you and I own it. When it was new, it worked fast and did a plethora of things for me without fail. Now I have to upgrade and God only knows what "surprises" you guys have put in there for me! I don't want endless upgrades and ubdates. I don't trust you or Apple. I'll live with the "obsolete" functionality that works well and does everything I want. So stop with the changes that eventually make my device obsolete. I don't want to buy a new one every 3 years or less! My car will run for 10-20 years, if I decide to keep it that long. They don't change the fuel every 3 years or force me to install a new computer in it to keep it working. Your business plan sucks. Stop forcing obsolecence! Fix the Easy remote App, it used to work well untill you "upgraded" it.
